Your privacy
APK Consultancy is a small business run by Amanpreet Kaur in Adelaide, South Australia. I respect your privacy and only ever collect what I need to help you.
- What I collect. When you contact me, I collect the details you choose to share, such as your name, business name, email and what you need help with.
- Why. Only to respond to you, give you a quote, and provide the service you have asked about.
- Sharing. I never sell your information, and I do not share it except where it is needed to deliver a service you have asked for, or where the law requires it.
- Your data during a job. If a project means touching your systems, I access only what the job genuinely needs, treat it as confidential, and hand control back to you. You keep ownership of your own data at all times.
- Storage. I keep your details only as long as needed for our work and reasonable record keeping, then remove them.
- Your choices. You can ask me to show, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time.
Tools this site uses
The website contact form prepares an email to me from your own email app. A Google Form fallback and Google Calendar booking link are also provided. When you use Google services, your information is handled under Google's own privacy terms as well as this statement. This site does not run advertising trackers.
The fine print on my services
APK Consultancy provides practical setup, advice, coaching and learning content. My recommendations are professional guidance, not guarantees of a particular result.
Cyber resilience coaching and any security suggestions are educational and advisory. They are not a formal audit, accreditation or certification, and no security measure can make any system completely safe.
I am not a lawyer, accountant or licensed financial, tax or migration adviser, and nothing here is that kind of advice. For those matters, please speak with a qualified professional.
Working together
- Quotes. Most work is a fixed price agreed in writing before we start.
- Payment. After we agree the work, I send a secure payment link and an invoice. Work begins once payment is confirmed, unless we agree otherwise.
- No lock-in. You can stop ongoing arrangements such as the Care Plan at any time.
- Your content. Anything I create for you is yours once the work is paid for.
